Our chef prides himself on selecting delicious ingredients and that's why we choose to work with smaller local producers, as it means we can use the freshest ingredients, with the best flavours, and it helps to reduce food miles. The lamb and beef we use come from our own farm, all other meat, game and cheeses, wherever possible are sourced from within Cumbria, and we only serve Fair Trade coffee.
